Integrated yards and pens

The FlexiTunnel yard system divides into pens to hold between 10 and 20 calves and can be assembled and changed to suit individual pen sizes.

It can be easily packed away for a season. The ease of relocating assures you of a high resale value, should your circumstances ever change.

Strength
FlexiTunnels are designed for quick installation and relocation without compromising the ability to withstand New Zealand's strong wind conditions. The patented design ensures that it is virtually impossible for the film to come off the tunnel frame, while the structure itself is securely embedded in the ground with the Flexitunnel screw anchor system.

Durability
All metal parts are either hot dip galvanised, zinc plated or made of stainless steel. The tunnels are covered with a minimum 200micron greenhouse film with a manufacturers guarantee of three years (pro rata) and an expected live span of 5 - 7 years plus.

Practicality
FlexiTunnel offer good working space with head clearance of 1.85m, allowing for good access through the entire tunnel. Both sides of the tunnel can be partially or completely lifted to give any amount of access of ventilation as required.

Economical
The low all-inclusive price (under $100 per m2) can protect your calves for as little as $12 to $18 per calf/season (Calculated on a 10 year depreciation) and it's versatility of use, make FlexiTunnel the most cost effective live stock protection system available.

Simplicity
FlexiTunnels are delivered on site in kitset form ready to erect. No foundations or on-site welding or cutting is required as all the components arrive ready for assembly. Any size FlexiTunnel up to 500 m2 can easily be erected by "unskilled labour" within one or two days.
