FlexiTunnel Portable Greenhouses

Our greenhouses are available in a range of four different models.
From the Budget or the 1 Door model to the 1 Door / 1 Window or the 2 Door model, every model is based on the same modular system but has different front and back portal configurations.

FlexiTunnel PORTABLE GREENHOUSES are constructed with strong galvanized steel hoops covered with 180micron greenhouse grade polyethylene film or other material (eg. shade cover) Ventilation is achieved by rolling up the sides and/or opening the door(s) and window. The patented design not only allows for multiple venting options but also enables it to easily withstand strong winds.

FlexiTunnel PORTABLE GREENHOUSES come in one standard widths of 5m and up to 102m in length. The 'Cloche' - type Budget tunnel is also available in 4m width. Compared to traditional greenhouses, FlexiTunnel PORTABLE GREENHOUSES do not require any foundation and are designed to be able to be shifted over successive crops as the season progresses, enabling more efficient and profitable use of the land and the greenhouse structure investment.

Practical
Every FlexiTunnel comes standard with up to two Front or Back Portals and a head clearance of 1.85m allows for good access trough the whole tunnel. Either side of the tunnel can be partly or fully lifted to give any amount of required ventilation or easy access along both sides.

Portable
Once erected a FlexiTunnel can simply be shifted over a new crop within hours and avoids all the trappings of a permanent structure. It can be used for multiple purposes (livestock shelter or storage area) or just be packed away for the season. The ease of relocating assures you of a high resale value, should the need ever occur.

Flexible
FlexiTunnels modular and patented design (NZ PATENT No. 329514) allows it to be easily extended in 4m modules. They do not need level ground conditions and can even be used on sloping ground.

FlexiTunnels unique film fastening system allows the cover of the tunnel to be changed within minutes. A Greenhoiuse (plastic film) can be changed into a shade house (fabric cloth) at an instant.

Long Life
All metal parts are either hot dip galvanised, zinc plated or made of stainless steel. The tunnels are covered with a minimum 180micron greenhouse film with a manufactures guarantee of three years and an expected live span of 5 - 7 years plus. The doors and window are clad with twin wall polycarbonate sheets.

Strong, lightweight
FlexiTunnels are designed for ease of shifting and at the same time to withstand New Zealand's strong wind conditions. The patented design ensures that it is virtually impossible for the film to come off the tunnels frame, while the structure itself is securely held to the ground with the help of screw anchors.
